altrAsonix

This policy outlines the terms for all sales of machinery, equipment, components, spare parts, and services provided under the brand name Altrasonix by Glamourra Bharat Private Limited.

1. Final Sale Policy

All sales of goods and services by Altrasonix are considered final upon successful delivery or completion of service.

  • No Return: Goods once delivered to the buyer’s designated location, inspected, or accepted (either physically or implicitly through a signed delivery document) cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or unsuitability for the intended application (unless the unsuitability is directly due to a proven, pre-existing manufacturing defect covered under the warranty terms).
  • No Replacement: Goods once delivered cannot be replaced in any circumstance unless the replacement is explicitly required and approved under a valid Warranty Claim (see Section 3).

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of industrial machinery, custom-engineered components, and specialized services, Altrasonix operates a Strict No-Refund Policy.

  • Payment is Final: All payments made for machinery, components, job work, or services are non-refundable. This includes all advance payments, partial payments, and 100% payments.
  • Cancellation: Orders placed, especially for customized or high-value items, cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided for any payments made up to the point of a cancellation request.

3. Warranty and Defect Claim (Limited Exception to No Return)

The Final Sale policy is strictly followed, with the only exception being a claim under the standard product warranty.

  • Warranty Coverage: All Altrasonix products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a specified period, as detailed in the original sales agreement or invoice.
  • Defective Goods: If a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, the buyer must follow the formal Warranty Claim Procedure specified in the sales contract.
  • Remedy: Under a valid warranty claim, Altrasonix’s sole responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the defective part or product at its discretion. This remedy does not constitute a return for refund or a replacement for non-defective, correctly supplied goods.

Note: The warranty becomes void if the equipment is operated with an improper electrical setup, subjected to unauthorized modifications, misuse, mishandling, or overloading, as per the terms and conditions outlined in the product manual.

4. Customer Responsibility upon Delivery

The buyer has the following responsibilities upon delivery:

  • Immediate Inspection: The buyer must immediately inspect the goods upon delivery for any visible damages or discrepancies before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) or Goods Receipt note.
  • Damage/Discrepancy Reporting: Any external damage to packaging or missing items must be clearly noted on the transporter’s delivery document and reported to Altrasonix within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the shipment being deemed correctly and satisfactorily delivered.
  • Acceptance: Once the delivery document is signed without reporting transit damage or shortage, the goods are considered accepted, and the No Return/No Replacement policy takes full effect.

By placing an order with Altrasonix (Glamourra Bharat Private Limited), the buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this No Return & No Refund Policy.
